This Policy describes how Breathing Bytes Limited ("BBL", "us," or "we") collects, uses, stores, manages and discloses information, including personal information, that our users ("you" or "users") provide or we collect in connection with our websites at www.orbsofeternity.com, www.breathingbytes.com (the "Site") or the apps Orbs of Eternity and Orbs of Eternity Free (collectively, the "Service").
This Policy applies only to information collected or received by BBL through your use of the Service. Any link to the sites or any third party does not imply that BBL is affiliate with or sponsors that third party. BBL is not responsible for the actions, products or services of any third party, the content of any third party site, or the use or disclosure of any information you provide to any third party.
Orbs of Eternity, Orbs of Eternity Free, the websites www.orbsofeternity.com and www.breathingbytes.com and the Facebook page Orbs of Eternity have been created by Breathing Bytes Limited ("BBL", "us," or "we") (address: 18 Ashbrook Grove, Ennis Road, Limerick, Ireland; Company registration number: 523492).
We collect and record no personal information about you while using the Service. We use 3rd party libraries to provide additional services (e.g. Chartboost to provide in-game advertisement) but personal data collection has been disabled in these as well. Furthermore social media access from within Orbs of Eternity has been disabled and Orbs of Eternity Free is not supported anymore as Orbs of Eternity now provides access to all maps.
BBL is not responsible for the actions, products or services of any third party, the content of any third party site, or the use or disclosure of any information you provide to any third party.
BBL provides applications and/or games via a third party marketplace: Apple's App Store. This marketplace may collect information about you or receive information from us in the course of providing or analyzing their services. BBL is not responsible for or has control over this marketplace, and is not responsible for the actions of Apple Inc. You should review Apple Inc.’s terms of service and privacy policies, which are separate from BBL's.
BBL may, with your consent, send push notifications to your mobile device to provide game updates and other relevant messages. You can manage push notifications from your device's settings page for the relevant game.
Orbs of Eternity may, with your consent, also send local notifications to your mobile device to provide application or game updates and other relevant information. You can manage push notifications from your device's settings page for the relevant game.
Orbs of Eternity will only send push notifications if you have provided consent to do on the corresponding screen displayed when the app opens for the first time.
Orbs of Eternity is integrated with Apple’s Game Center. When the game starts it will ask you if you would like to enable Game Center within the game. Apple’s Game Center gathers numerous information about you, including but limited to your achievements, scores, which maps have you played through, etc. BBL has not got control over and is not responsible for how Apple’s Game Center handles your personal information; please refer to the privacy policy of Game Center for more information.
You may use Facebook to like the Facebook page which are part of the Service in which case the fact that you have liked our Facebook page and the information publicly available on your Facebook page will be accessible to us. We may use this information to further clarify the target group of our Services. Asking for, recording and managing consent for gathering this type of information is the responsibility of Facebook; please refer to Facebook’s privacy policy for more information.
Your OS, IP address, access times, browser type and language and referring Web site addresses may be logged automatically when you visit the Site by our webhosting provider Hostmonster.com, please refer to their privacy policy for more information. We don’t gather or log any of this information (OS, IP address, access times, etc.) when you visit our website. We also don’t record any analytics or usage metrics regarding the Site.
The Service may include third party advertisements. These ads are served by third party advertising companies.
We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at info at breathingbytes dot com. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.

The information you share with us using these methods depends on you, we may use this information to provide technical support, to respond to your inquiries or for other purposes exactly stated before you provide that information for us (e.g. before taking a survey, etc.).
Although currently we don’t gather personal information about you, if we did, your personal information would not be disclosed outside of BBL and its affiliates other than as approved by you (we would ask for your consent, if we wanted to disclose your personal information, if there is any you shared with us) or as follows:
If you have subscribed to promotional e-mails from us (e.g. as part of an advertising campaign), you may opt-out of receiving them (if there are any) by following the instructions in those emails (if you have received any).
Although currently we don’t collect personal information, you can stop all collection of information (including non-personal ones) by the applications and games of BBL easily by uninstalling them. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
We will retain your personal data you may provide for us on a separate channel (e.g. if you subscribed to a newsletter as part of a promotion) for 5 years. You can notify us if you want us to delete personal information you have provided for us as part of a separate channel (e.g. a promotion), please refer to section “Contact”. If we were to collect personal information in the future from within Orbs of Eternity (please refer to the section ‘Amendments to this Policy’), you could also ask us to delete that information at any time.
Please note that we may be required to retain certain information by law.
Under California law, California Residents who have an established business relationship with us may choose to opt out of the disclosure of personal information about them to third parties for such third parties' direct marketing purposes. As described above, our policy is not to disclose your personal information to a third party for direct marketing purposes without your approval. You may also choose to opt-out after granting approval. If you choose to opt-out at any time after granting approval, please inform us by contacting us (refer to section “Contact”).
BBL may transfer information (including personal information) that we collect about you to our affiliates or to other third parties that may be outside of your country. You consent to the transfer of information to the U.S. and to Ireland (European Union) and to Hungary (European Union) and the use and disclosure of information about you, including personal information, as described in this Policy.
Please note that depending on where you reside, you may be transferring information and allowing BBL or others to transfer information, including personal information, to a country and jurisdiction that may not have the same data protection laws as your jurisdiction. In practice, the European Union has stricter data protection laws than most other places, and we treat data according to the data protection laws of the European Union.
BBL implements reasonable security measures to protect the security of your information and is committed to protect customer information. E.g. if personal information is stored by Orbs of Eternity, it is always encrypted and if we were to exchange personal information with 3rd parties in the future (which is something we don’t do now), we would only use encrypted communication channels.
Although BBL takes reasonable precautions against possible security breaches of its computers and records, no Internet transmission and computer system is completely secure. Accordingly, BBL cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, hacking, data loss, or other breaches will never occur.
BBL may modify this Policy from time to time. We will post all changes to this Policy on this page or another location on the Site. If we decide to collect, store or process personal information in the future, this will be reflected in the updated version of this policy and Orbs of Eternity (or any other part of the Services which implements a change in how personal data is handled) will ask for your consent to do so.
